Human Ressources Business Partner (M/V/X)

As an Operations HR Business Partner, you are the point of contact within operations for our managers and employees regarding personnel matters. You also act as a liaison to the company's HR Director. You think critically with the organization about how employees can best thrive with us and how we can increase overall employee engagement. You report directly to the Director of Human Resources.

As a Business Partner:

  • You manage talent and recruitment processes. You ensure proper follow-up of employee files.
  • You act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the employees at our sites on a national level ("internal clients").
  • You provide advice and support to the operational management and the HR department.
  • You think critically with the management.
  • You guide change processes within the organization, both collectively and individually.
  • You translate group HR programs into local initiatives.
  • You implement local HR policies and ensure compliance

 

Talent Management

  • You guide and monitor talent and performance management.
  • You conduct individual career interviews with employees. In the first phase (1-3 years) with the HM levels and N-1, and in the second phase (within 3 years) with the rest of the company. This is to gradually establish a living and effective planning management.
  • You guide the HMs and employees in specific career questions.
  • You maintain a good overview of the talents within the organization.
  • You develop a planning management policy and prepare for the future by anticipating needs (creating a candidate database, setting up training plans for employees with growth potential, etc.).
  • In collaboration with the HMs and OPS, you ensure the proper functioning and follow-up of the reintegration plan for employees after long-term illness.

Talent Acquisition

  • In collaboration with the OPS, you actively follow up on open positions.
  • You work with operational management, the HR department, the communication department, and the OPS on the talent acquisition strategy.
  • You draft and update job postings in collaboration with the communication department.
  • You conduct competency-based interviews with candidates and provide necessary support to the OPS to successfully complete the recruitment process. • You make salary proposals and negotiate with candidates, taking into account the company's strategy.
  • You draft employment contract drafts and prepare the necessary administrative documents for contract signing (individual file, RT, insurance documents, car, mobile phone, email, etc.).
  • In collaboration with the HMs and OPS, you ensure the proper functioning and follow-up of the integration plan for new employees. • If necessary, you take charge of certain vacant positions from A to Z.

Administratieve opvolging.

  • U zorgt voor een goede orde in de administratieve dossiers van de medewerkers.
  • In samenwerking met de HR Payroll Officer helpt u bij de salarisafsluiting en zorgt u voor de back-up bij afwezigheid van de HR Payroll Officer.
  • U ziet toe op de juiste afsluiting van de operationele planningen aan het einde van de maand.
  • U fungeert als schakel tussen de medewerkers, de HR Payroll Officer en de HR-directeur betreffende loonproblemen en -kwesties.
  • U controleert de goede werking en de relevantie van de interim-aanvragen en houdt toezicht op het beheer van de planningen met onze externe partners.

Profile

  • Good knowledge of Belgian social legislation and trends in general HR practices.
  • You are passionate about people and organizations.
  • You have an analytical vision, think critically with the company, and challenge managers in their ideas.
  • You have a high level of integrity.
  • You are patient and respectful towards your colleagues.
  • You are proactive and know how to anticipate potential problems.
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch/French, both orally and in writing.
  • You have strong organizational skills.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
